Talk to us

Everything below goes to a real inbox that the editors read. We are three people, so replies are not instant — but corrections and broken-fix reports jump the queue every time.

A fix stopped working

The single most useful email we get. Send the article URL, your OS and GPU, and what happened at the step that failed. These go straight to the author and usually trigger a re-test the same week.

Request a guide

Stuck on something we have not covered? Tell us the error code or describe the symptom in your own words. We keep a request queue and it genuinely drives what gets written next.

Press, legal and takedowns

Rights holders, legal notices and press enquiries. Include the specific URL and the nature of the issue and you will get a human reply, not a form response.

Write for us

We take on very few contributors and only ones who can demonstrate hands-on expertise. Send two examples of your own work and tell us what you can test that we currently cannot.

Before you email about a bug

Nine times out of ten we can help faster if you include four things: the exact error text or code, your operating system and build, your GPU and driver version, and what you had already tried. If the problem is network-related, run our ping quality checker and paste the result — it tells us in one line whether we are looking at a connection problem or a client problem.

What we will not answer

Requests to buy links, place sponsored posts, publish AI-written guest articles, or add a “partner” page do not get a reply. Neither do requests for help with cheating software, account recovery for accounts that are not yours, or anything involving Robux generators. Our position on all of that is on the editorial policy page.

Response times

Corrections and broken-fix reports: usually within two working days. Everything else: up to a week, sometimes longer during a big patch cycle. If something is genuinely urgent — a legal or safety matter — put URGENT in the subject line and it will be seen the same day.
